When you enter the master bedroom, with its handmade, brick, domed ceiling (a traditional architectural detail in Mexico’s Yucatan region) you are greeted yet again by the stunning blues of the Caribbean Sea through its patio doors. The master bedroom also features a king bed, a large closet space and TV, as well as an ensuite bathroom, with double onyx sinks, a spacious walk-in shower with an opaque window which when opened also overlooks the stunning views that this penthouse so proudly boasts.

 

- Guest/Second Bedroom – 

The second bedrooms share the second bathroom which also includes a large walk-in shower and an onyx sink. The second master bedroom, like the master bedroom, also has a king bed, handmade, brick, domed ceiling and large, floor to ceiling patio doors with stunning views. Each of the second bedrooms also has a closet space, and the third bedroom features a queen bed.

- The Kitchen & Living Area – 

This large and spacious area is the centre of this gorgeous and well-designed penthouse. The kitchen and living area are filled with unique and beautiful details. The kitchen is large and wonderfully designed, including granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. This fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave and a dishwasher. There are large sliding windows facing Cancun and stunning sunsets. Included in this space is also a separate laundry room next to the kitchen area. 

The dining area is located between the kitchen and living space, with a large table, which is perfect for entertaining 8 guests. There are dimmers on the lights which you can use to create a more romantic atmosphere throughout your new home. There is a large sofa and TV, located next to the patio doors next to the Caribbean views. And there is an additional media room/living area that adjoins the kitchen, with a cozy and beautiful design.
