Enter into this beautiful villa through the entrance into the spacious living area with its kitchen, dining area and living room, and enjoy unobstructed views of the Caribbean Sea, beyond the large sliding, patio doors, and the patio area. From here you can enter into the master bedroom or one of the two comfortable guest/second bedrooms that this condo boasts. Experience sunrises from the large, shared balcony that connects the master bedroom and the living area together, facing out towards the Caribbean. Or witness stunning sunsets across the island from the private balconies in the two second bedrooms.

- Master Bedroom – 

With access from the large balcony, and from the living area, you can wake up to views of the Caribbean in your spacious master bedroom, with its comfortable king bed and tranquil design, this bedroom is the perfect escape after a day of exploring the island. Featuring an open, ensuite bathroom, there is a jacuzzi bathtub with jets that you can use to relax in and enjoy, as well as a large walk-in shower, a hidden toilet behind an opaque door and two onyx sinks. Make use of the grand closet for storage and your clothing, and enjoy Caribbean Sea views through the sliding glass doors that open up onto the shared patio/balcony, the master bedroom also features a Smart TV.

 

- Guest/Other Bedroom – 

This villa comes with two second bedrooms, each with comfortable king beds and each with their own private balcony space, with views of Salina Grande, and in the distance Cancun and the bay between the island and the mainland. From here you can experience the island’s stunning sunsets and watch as Cancun’s skyline lights up at night. 

 

The first guest bedroom is a studio and comes complete with its own private access from outside the villa, as well as access from within the villa. This means that it can be locked off from the rest of the villa and rented privately, as it features a kitchenette with appliances for your basic cooking needs including a microwave, mini fridge, coffee machine and a toaster. This room also features an ensuite bathroom, closet space as well as large Smart TV. 

 

The second guest bedroom also features a closet space, Smart TV and next door to it is the second bathroom that is perfect for guest’s to use when visiting.

- The Kitchen & Living Area – 

After a day of exploring the island, the living area in this beautiful villa is the perfect spot to cool off and relax, cook in your fully equipped kitchen, dine around the large dining table and sit back and relax in the comfortable seating in front of the large flat screen TV. 

Prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner in your spacious and fully equipped kitchen which comes complete with a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and blender, enjoy your creation around the large island in the middle, or entertain your friends and family around your contemporary and roomy dining table. The well designed and decorated living area also comes with access to your spacious balcony/patio area.

- Private Rooftop Area & Pool  – 

How can we get away with not mentioning the amazing facilities available for yours and your guest’s use with this villa. At the front of Isla 33 there are two pools available for you to choose from to spend your days lounging around, as well as a shared rooftop pool and space. Soak up Mexico’s warm Caribbean sun and enjoy breezes coming off the sea when you spend your days enjoying these shared spaces. Isla 33 also has shared underground parking, 24 hour security, as well as a restaurant and bar available for residents, guests and the public, which means that you don’t need to worry about cooking or going too far for dinner.
