There is also an additional, spacious half bathroom, and a private outdoor shower. The house also features a separate garage, that can be converted into an extra room, pool house, or office space. It is large enough for 2 vehicles. 

The outdoor kitchen area comes with a sink, a preparation area, and a grill. There are 2 gas tanks under the area, 1 which is connected to the dryer in the utility room, and 1 connected to the outdoor grill. 

Soak up the Mexican Sun and enjoy Caribbean breezes while you lounge on 1 of the 4 sunbeds next to the 32.8 ft/10m by 9.8ft/3m pool. 

The 3.5 ft/1m deep pool is a great, refreshing extra to this already magnificent house, spend your days lounging next to the pool in the comfort of your own private backyard.

From the main entrance, you can walk south or southwest from the patio area around the house to the stairs leading up to the rooftop terrace, this a great space for you to utilize, with incredible panoramic views!

Walking southeast from the patio or from the master bedroom, underneath the stairs there is a spacious bodega area containing the hot water tank and pipes, this is also an area where you can keep some essential items that you want out of sight.

- Master Bedroom – 

With access from the living area, you can wake up to views of the Caribbean waves rolling in each morning from the comfort of your own bed in the Master Bedroom. Complete with an ensuite bathroom, closet space, AC unit, and ceiling fan, as well as large, glass, sliding patio doors to a small outside space, where there is enough room for extra seating or to put up a hammock, for you to enjoy the sights and sounds of the Caribbean. The Master Bedroom is furnished with a King Bed, a beautiful wooden wardrobe, and side tables. 

The ensuite bathroom in the master bedroom comes with a unique and beautiful bathtub, a spacious shower with a rainfall showerhead, marble countertops, a sink, and a toilet. There is also a fan on the ceiling of the bathroom.

 

- Guest/Second Bedroom – 

Also leading from the living area through a separate door is the smaller guest or second bedroom, complete with a Queen Bed, AC unit, and ceiling fan. The closet space of this room is located inside the ensuite bathroom.  The ensuite bathroom connected to this bedroom, also has a second entrance from the living area, making it the main guest bathroom in the house. There is a spacious shower with a rainfall showerhead, marble countertops, a sink, and a toilet. There is also a fan on the ceiling of the bathroom.

- The Kitchen – 

When you enter the house through the main entrance, the kitchen is on your left. The spacious area comes complete with a breakfast bar, quartz countertops, and 4 comfortable stalls. There is an ample amount of storage space for you. Included with the kitchen is a large 3 door Samsung fridge and freezer. There is also a built-in Tecnolam induction hob that heats up very fast, with an extractor fan. And a built-in Tecnolam oven and microwave. The kitchen provides a wonderful space for you to cook a delicious dinner for you and your family and friends. Located within the living area, the kitchen and the living room share 2 AC units with separate controls.

- The Living Room – 

When you pass the kitchen, you enter the living room, with large sliding glass doors, and windows looking out across the unparalleled views that Isla Mujeres has to offer of the Caribbean. The living room is the perfect space for you to relax on those rainy days on Isla Mujeres, or on those quiet evenings at home. Complete with a large comfortable corner sofa, you can sit back and watch a movie on your 55 inch, Samsung, flat screen, Smart TV with a Sonos Soundsystem. During the days allow the sights and sounds of the Caribbean to enter your home when you open the large, sliding doors, allowing the Caribbean breezes to flow through.

- Utility Room- 

Attached to the kitchen, through a separate door, the utility room is a marvelous extension to your kitchen, with extra storage space, as well as an LG washer and an LG gas dryer included. There is also a Whirlpool wine fridge for you to keep your bottles cold for those hot summer days.
