Pull up onto Casa Elegante’s driveway, and enter through its large wooden door into the open living space. Here you are greeted with the kitchen to your left, and views of the house’s private terrace beyond the living area and dining space through the large, glass, patio doors. The spiral staircase leads you to three of the bedrooms and the rooftop terrace.

-The Bedrooms-

Each of the bedrooms at Casa Elegante features its own marble ensuite bathroom, beautiful, unique design and drawers for storage, a flat screen Smart TV, as well as a comfortable king bed.

Standing in the entrance way of the house, a door to your right leads you to the first master bedroom, with patio doors that provide views of and access to your outdoor terrace and pool. Climbing the spiral staircase with its gorgeous railing and tile features, you come to the second floor of Casa Elegante, where you are greeted by the other three master bedrooms, each with its own private balcony and seating area. One of these master bedrooms comes with a beautiful handmade, brick, domed ceiling to add to the stunning design of this home. 

 

-Rooftop Terrace-

Climbing the staircase to the third level you are greeted with your magnificent rooftop terrace area that boasts incredible views, including the Caribbean on one side and the bay between Isla Mujeres and Cancun on the other. From this rooftop lounge area you can witness stunning sunrises and sunsets, dine under the stars around the dining table with seating for ten people, enjoy afternoon drinks on the sofas, prepared on the small bar area, lounge under Mexico’s warm sunshine during the days, and take refreshing dips in the rooftop dipping pool. The top floor also features a laundry room and a half bathroom. 
 

-The Kitchen and Living Area-

Back down on the ground floor level, in the open concept living area you can relax on your comfortable sofa, while watching something on your flat screen, Smart TV. 

The chef in your family will enjoy using the gourmet kitchen, with its high end, stainless steel appliances, including a wine fridge, dishwasher, oven and stove, refrigerator, microwave as well as hot and cold purified water, an ice maker and a kitchen island, with seating for those daytime snacks. The beautiful dining space, with the glass dining table and modern, blue chairs is perfect for entertaining. 
 

-Pool and Terrace-

The open concept layout of this home extends through the large patio doors of the living area to the spacious ground floor terrace, with its large heated pool and waterfall. At night you can create a beautiful ambiance by switching on the LED pool lights, while sitting around the outdoor lounge area with friends. This area is perfect for spending days relaxing in the comfort of your own private space, surrounded by a beautiful garden area and tranquility. 

 

As well as the many great features mentioned above, the house also comes complete with high-speed internet, keyless entry and a system which allows those staying to flush toilet paper and not cause problems (a situation otherwise is not advised onIsla Mujeres).
