Located on the second floor, the master bedroom is uniquely designed, with its grand, hand made, custom brick dome ceiling to add to the beautiful design of this home. The  master bedroom, has a delightfully comfortable king bed and features an ensuite bathroom, as well as a Smart TV, a built-in closet, and a private balcony with a seating area to enjoy Caribbean sunrises and views of the ocean. 

 

-The Guest Bedrooms-

The other two bedrooms at Casa de la Risa are also located on the second floor, with a bathroom that connects the two of them, featuring two sinks and a shower. One of the bedrooms has a king bed, while the other has a queen bed. Each bedroom comes complete with a Smart TV, its own small balcony area, and built in closets for your clothes and storage.

-Rooftop Terrace- 

Climbing the staircase to the third level you are greeted with 360 degree views from the rooftop terrace. This is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the sunrise. Sit back and relax in the comfortable seating area with friends under your shaded pergola, as well as watching the sun rise, you can also view spectacular sunsets from this beautiful location, stargaze and enjoy this peaceful space, with island breezes. 

 

-The Kitchen and Living Area- 

Back on the first floor in your open living area, there is an extra half bathroom and a washer and dryer room, as well as your kitchen, lounge and dining table. When the choices for eating out are not appealing you can make use of your own spacious and fully equipped kitchen, complete with great, modern amenities including a stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, a refrigerator and freezer. Once prepared you can enjoy your meal around your large wooden table or outside next to your pool. Sit back and relax on your grand and comfortable sofa in your living area, with lowered flooring. Watch a movie on your Smart TV and enjoy views of your outdoor space and pool.

Spend your days lounging by your refreshing, private pool that boasts a gorgeous waterfall. The pool features both shallow and deep ends, which means that both children and adults alike can enjoy this space, while soaking up the Mexican sun.
