Maybe you are looking for an activity to keep your family occupied on a rainy day here on Isla Mujeres … look no further Arte de la Torre by Yadis de la Torre offers art classes in English, where you can learn different painting techniques, as well as learn about the culture of the island and the area with Mexican art activities.
You can book a class during your visit to Isla Mujeres, or you can also buy art from Yadis de la Torre herself. When you book a class or buy art from this local, island artist, you will be helping her in her mission of supporting children on Isla Mujeres by providing supplies and classes to those who have limited resources. 

Located across the street from Delfino's Vet Clinic, and Coco Jaguar Restaurant, a few doors down from B&B Isla Bonita.

Classes are held on specific days throughout the week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday), at these hours:
2 PM – 4 PM
4:30 PM – 6:30 PM
7 PM – 9 PM

All classes include supplies for painting, an apron and a mask as well as refreshments. The last class of the day includes tapas, wine and tequila.
If you’re looking for a different day, or a morning class, she can accommodate you depending on her schedule. Some of the classes available are: Acrylic paint on canvas, or watercolor painting on special paper, textile painting on t-shirts and bags, batik painting on scarfs and sarongs, ceramic painting, tiles, lampshades, stained glass, and other glass, as well as much, much more…
